The proposal of change of ILGA’s Constitution and Standing Orders looks for to include in the speech which actually is already a real initiative when stablishing since Latin America the Trans participation in the Regional Secretariat.
We look for that this paper of ILGA’s principles makes the managements explicit that will have to guide the work of the new secretariat, like the first step for a further universal conception of the diversity in which it does not reproduce the squashly supremacy of the masculine identity, but that all come together as pairs in the fight for the respect and recognition of the multiple experience of human being... see more

ITS: I understand you are a peruvian trans guy living in Spain, interested in legal process of changing name and gender identity at personal documents and also sex change. This topics are not considered in peruvian legislation, but we plan demand Government for new legal procedures for changing name according with personal identity. see more |
